"First, we're all born with deep natural capacities for creativity..."
Actually there is very little evidence for this. Even though creativity is probably inborn, only a very few are born to be creative.

Real creativity is harder than moving a crayon randomly around a piece of construction paper. The really creative people in our society are computer programmers, engineers, entrepreneurs, inventors, writers, and teachers.

Being around a creative people of peers and diverse thoughts stimulates creativity and that is just what you get in the public schools. There are certainly problems with our industrial model of education, but stifling creativity isn't one of them. Learning things isn't what stifles adolescents' creativity, adolescence is.

Schools were designed to kill creativity. They were designed to make us all good little citizens who will toe the line and to get us ready for a life of corporate servitude.

The point of this video is school often not the way to success, classes and education will only close your path on your dreams, so skip a few days of school, walk by the bridges and shores and realize who you are, because at the end you are still you. But have a goal in life on who you want to become, find a way to use education. Look at these successful people in the video, they realize who they were, they use their passion and became who they want to be. Because only studying the real world will bring you true knowledge.
